Sometimes

Sometimes all you need is a big old hug.

Someone to hold your hand And tell you its gonna be alright.

Someone or somewhere you can go to and vent - Who understands you like no one else.

It's nice to have someone to talk to. Someone who can understand what you are saying

Even when you don't feel like talking, Just sitting in silence

Communicating via thoughts. Sometimes things are not what they seem.

And if you look hard enough you will see just what I mean.

Look around and observe others,

Try and understand another's point of view.

Our experience has shaped our reality. And your reality may not be my reality So whose reality is right? Understanding builds bridges - It creates a willingness to talk... Sometimes all you need is a piece of chocolate

Or your favorite ice-cream.

Maybe some nice warm soup,

Or some delicious curry.

Sometimes all you need is a change of scenery,

A new place of wonderment to behold.

To enjoy the sights, tastes and sounds of a new place/town.

Being thankful for the re-birth! Sometimes all you need is a new way of thinking,

With each new thought and new idea; You see life differently.

Out with "same-o, same-o"
