Stillness

I let go into silence and let the stillness surround me

I sink deeper into it

Like rocks being hugged by water and totally immersed in its depths

I surrender to its vastness

I let the stillness seep into my bones

A soft and steady hold

Like I'm being cradled in the sanctum of the womb

Into the tomb of becoming

Birthing a new being - a new wonder

A new me
